1. Acceptable Use & Agreement

By activating, running, or connecting your Meta credentials to **Automation Clippers** (referred to as the "Application"), operating under **OpenSource Clipping**, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not authorize the Application or revoke its permissions immediately via your Facebook account settings.

2. Description of Service

The Application functions as a secure connector allowing the OpenSource Clipping AI auto-clipper utility to access Facebook Pages through the Meta Graph API. The tool automates uploading, metadata formatting, and smart scheduling of generated highlight reels to pages configured and managed by the authorized user.

3. Page Authorization & Credentials

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have active administrative privileges or explicit, legal authorization to publish content to any Facebook Pages you connect to the Application. You must protect any generated access tokens or secret files on your local deployment. We are not responsible for any unauthorized activities arising from leaked credentials in your deployment environments.

4. Content Publishing Limitations

All content distributed to Facebook Pages via the Application must comply with Facebook’s Platform Policies, Terms of Service, Community Standards, and local laws. You agree not to use the Application to distribute:

• Unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or threatening material.
• Spam, repetitive uploads, or content engineered to artificially manipulate platform engagement.
• Copyright-infringing media, unless you have explicit commercial rights, licenses, or fair-use authorizations.

5. Privacy & Data Safety

Your privacy and data safety are critical. Our practices concerning access tokens, page details, and publishing logs are outlined in our Privacy Policy. In addition, step-by-step procedures to erase cached records or revoke credentials are provided in our User Data Deletion Instructions.

6. Service Disclaimers & Warranties

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Application will run uninterrupted or without connection errors.
• Meta's API will support the uploader without rate-limiting or policy changes that may disrupt normal functions.

We will not be liable for any losses, penalties, page bans, or damages resulting from your usage of this automated posting tool.

7. Account Termination & Access Revocation

We reserve the right to restrict or block integration access keys or suspend development instances if we suspect the Application is being utilized in violation of Meta Guidelines, for malicious spamming, or in a manner that compromises the security of the OpenSource Clipping codebase.
